1. Does Yes Furniture have any stores or showrooms?
Yes Furniture is an online company only. We do not have a physical location, but ask about our risk-free shopping experience!.
2.How do I place my order?
All of our orders are placed online through our website. Simply add the item of your choice to your cart and proceed to checkout. You will need to fill out simple contact information. Once your order has been placed a customer representative will contact you within 24 hours to confirm.
3. How soon is delivery?
Delivery date and time depends on your location. Yes Furniture delivers to majority of Southern and Northern California, Las Vegas, Nevada, and Phoenix, Arizona. Give our offices a call if you would like to get an idea of the when we will be in your area.
4. How much is delivery?
Yes Furniture provides free in-home delivery to specific areas in California, Phoenix, Arizona, and Las Vegas, Nevada. If you are not located in any of these areas, we will try our best to arrange a location where our delivery team can meet you.
5. When do I pay for my order?
Payment is due in full by phone with a customer representative, unless arranged otherwise to pay on delivery. Please speak with a customer representative about paying on delivery.
6. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover or cash upon delivery. We DO NOT accept checks or money orders.
7. Do the items come assembled?
Majority of our items come unassembled in boxes. All the tools and instructions needed for assembly will be provided in the box. All of our items come in bulk pieces therefore assembly is quite simple.
8. Does the delivery team provide set-up and assembly?
Yes Furniture’s delivery team does not set-up or assemble items for free. When a customer representative calls to confirm your order, ask about our assembly fee.
9. What if I receive my order, but I am not satisfied with the item?
If you are not satisfied with the item, Yes Furniture provides a 7-day return/exchange policy. To qualify for our return/exchange policy, the items must be unassembled and in its original packaging. We do not charge a restocking fee, but if you would like to return/exchange an item there will be a pick-up fee depending on your items and location. Once an item has been assembled it is a FINAL SALE and we will not be able to return or exchange your item under any circumstance.
10. What if I receive my order, but there is damages?
If you receive your order and it is damaged, Yes Furniture provides a 60-day manufacture warranty. Contact a customer representative within those 60 days and we will be happy to replace the damaged part/item with a new one. For high-quality assistance, a customer representative may ask for a picture of the damaged item through email. Please note that Yes Furniture’s warranty is for manufacturer damages and defects only. We DO NOT cover any ACCIDENTAL damages done to the items.
11. Do you take back old furniture?
Unfortunately, Yes Furniture is unable to take back any old furniture.
